Transferred Registrants Counting/Not Counting in Registrant #s

Hi,

This is a bit of an odd one. We had a number of people that were registered for an event. We needed to transfer their registrations to another event. So we did that manually by going into each registration record.

But now... the registrant count for the original event (2018 Season Opener) still has those in its total numbers (Total shown as 59 but only 36 registered) and the registrant count for the new event (Annual Member Cocktail Party) doesn't include them (total shown as 5 but closer to 25).

Please see the screen shot for reference.

Is this a setting or a purge or something I've overlooked to bring the total registrants shown and the actual number of registrants in line?

Hello Malice

For a group registration record, if you want to move them to new registrants, you will need to move both group billing records and group members record

From what I see, maybe this issue happens because you haven't moved billing records to new event yet.

1. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Billing Records in registrants management config option to Yes

2. Then check the billing records of the original events, move it to new event

After that, check it again, it should work as expected
