add user manually

Is it possible to add a registrant manually and have him deliver a ticket for a free event?

I explain myself
I have a free event (with limited places) within a larger paid event (with no limit of seats). To take part in the free event, you have to buy the ticket for the bigger event.

I Want to pick a user from the biggest event and put also in the smallest event.

If I understand your question correctly, then the answer is Yes, you can. Just go to Events Booking -> Registrants, press New button in the toolbar to add new registration record for that user to the event you want and it will work OK
