Save as copy with 'child' events was created by Alison
I have noticed that if I set up an event with several 'child' events save it and then 'save as copy' it moves all of the 'child' events to the copy and deletes them from the original parent event.
Obviously I can get around this, but is this how it should work?

To be honest, it should not work like that. So am I correct that you are using additional dates plugin to create children events?
