Does Event Booking use Google Maps API ?

My agency has asked me to report on all of our websites that use Google Maps to have it included in the quota calculations for our general Google Maps license.

Based on the answers at developers.google.com/maps/faq#usage_mapload which oulines how a single map load is charged, I need to know if the maps generated by Event Booking in the Event details pages would be counted according to the Google rules.

Please let me know if Event Booking uses any of the Google Maps API functionality so I can complete my estimates.

I tried everything. I followed google's instruction. I did billing, restriction map javascript, i embed the domain psychoanalyse-muenchen.de, embed credentials in config. but still the error message is:
developers.google.com/maps/documentation...xpired-key-map-error

dont have this prob with other extensions.

That error indicates that there is still something wrong with your Google Map API Key:

- You need to provide billing information to Google
- In the API Key settings, you need to enable both:

+ Map Javascript API
+ Geo coding API

Then everything will be fine. The error message like that, is returned by Google, not by Events Booking cost, so it's strange to me that it works well for other extension. Something is still wrong in the key

Maybe to make it simple, you should go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Map Provider to OpenStreetMap to use OpenStreetMap? No key is required, no payment is needed...
