No new events showing

Just updated to version 3.5.0, tried adding a new test event and it doesn't show in the calender.
I might be missing something obvious as I'm just doing some testing before switching to this component. It is published etc, and I have previously entered events showing
with debug on (I expected to see more) I get this error in php error log

Undefined index: layout in /home/sites/xxxxxxx.com/public_html/components/com_eventbooking/router.php on line 103

Have not had a chance to look at the code yet

I believe there is something wrong with the event setup. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which event should be displayed

I am going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted for you

Schoolboy error, I forgot the menu item setting included the category, my test was in a new category.
