Specific width in each field was created by APOST
Ηι,
how can I set a specific width in each field (e.g. red color) ?
all fields have the same huge size
I tried > Fields Manager: Edit Custom Field > Display Settings > field size & max length = but nothing.

My guess is that your template's CSS rules are overriding Event Booking's settings. I can confirm that if you can post a link to a page on your site, and then help you to go it

As James pointed out, it's your template css causing this same size issue. To change the size of field, normally, you can just edit that custom field, there is a setting called css class, use one of the following classes for changing the size:
input-small
input-medium
input-large
input-xlarge
input-xxlarge
But we need to figure out why your template css makes all files equal width (100%) first. Please send us the link to the page so that we can check and assist
