sorry i use the modul as beginner.
Where can i change the layout from the individual-registration site?

I had the site on my local machine.
Here are a Picture.
I will the layout in one line only in mobil in the Standard layout.

Hi Ralf

From what I see, maybe it happens because you don't have twitter bootstrap loaded. Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set the config option Load Twitter Bootstrap css to Yes, then check it again to see whether it solves the issue?

OK Ralf. Thanks for the update. Just for your information, you can only use bootstrap 3 or bootstrap 4 if your site template is built based that twitter bootstrap version. If your site template is built base on twitter bootstrap version 2, then you will have to config Events Booking to use twitter bootstrap version 2, too
