Edit custom field value at frontend on Manage Registrants?

We would like to have a custom field and figured out how to use it by inserting the custom fields ID in the events settings ......
But the field we want to use has to be a field that event creators can edit

We need this so event owners can choose from a dropdown or radiobutton, which "diploma type" has to be printed for each registrants on every event.
The events creators should then be able to choose from different diploma types, just like they right now can choose "check in / check out" for each registrant..... (we use checkin/out to state if registrants pass the course or not, and this seems to work)

At the moment the manage registrants list in frontend will only SHOW this custom field, but only if we change the value for this field in backend. If we have not chosen anything in backen, then this custom field is not show for each registrant on the front end "manage registrants list" - We are not able to change the value in front end .........

Can this be done?

That's strange to me. If you allow managing registrants from frontend, they should be able to edit the value of these fields. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...t/manage-registrants for instructions to setup

From what you described, look like you only allow users to view registrants list from frontend at the moment, not editing (so basically, this feature instead of above feature eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/fronten...lay-registrants-list )
