Not receiving emails or registration details not saved when Paypal used

Dear All,

We have just published an event on our website and it seems that the Event Booking module is not sending the notification email "New Registration For Event : " or saving the details of the attendees when they pay using Paypal. I am receiving the notification emails when people pay using cheque. We are also receiving emails from Paypal confirming that various users have made their payment but these people (and their details) do not appear under the event.

We would be grateful if you could help us fixing this issue because it is causing a big problem for us right now as we are in the midst of advertising an event.

Hi Francis

There are several reasons can cause this issue. Please follow the instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/trouble...after-making-payment to solve the issue

If the issue still not sorted, submit a support ticket so that we can help checking it further

I will open a ticket. The people registering are not recorded at all. This is not a situation where the people registering are recorded but their status are not updated after making a payment.

Make sure you set Log IPN messages parameter in os_paypal payment plugin to Yes, then try to register, make payment so that I can check the logs

Update: We checked together via support ticket and get the issue sorted. It was just a problem with the server which the website is hosted
