Hi! Would it be possible to assign a different PayPal account for each event? That way organizer of Event 1 will collect directly on their Paypal, organizer of Event 2 will do so in a different PP, and so on...

Yes. It's possible. You can edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, there is a parameter called PayPal Email. You can enter your PayPal account you want to use for the event there and it will work as expected
