We have one custom field tag, [CHAPTER], that does not appear in the email. It appears as available in the backend (see attachment). It also appears in the export file, but not in the email. We are using this:
[FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME] has just registered for [EVENT_TITLE]. The registration details follow:

[REGISTRATION_DETAIL]

Coupon Code Used: [COUPONCODE]
CMS Chapter: [CHAPTER]

Any ideas why it doesn't display in the email?

Hi David

Unless there is something special with your setup for that field, it should be available. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. Link to the page which we can register for the event and see this issue

I will check to see why that tag doesn't work and get it sorted for you
