Custon fields not showing on generated tickets email

Hi, I have custom fee fields added to my bookings for early entry or late exit.
When selected they do increase the total booking cost, however once the booking is completed and the confirmation ticket email and invoice are sent out the fee field info dose not show.
Which setting do I change for these to appear on tickets.

PS also the ticket numbers are not showing on ticket..

Could you please explain more details about the issue so that I can understand? How you expect it to be shown and what's wrong at the moment? if you can make a screenshot explain the issue, that would be great
