Blank screen

Hi,

i've upgraded to Joomla 3.8.7 and now events booking on both the frontend and backend just show a white page. i've uninstalled and reinstalled, installed earlier versions, the most recent version and it's all the same.

any ideas where i can look to fix this?

I have no clue why it happens. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to the page which is having the error

We will check to see why it happens and get it sorted

It causes by a conflict with Redcore library which you are using on your site. I edited code of the file libraries/redcore/bootstrap.php, add this line of code to line 134 of the file

before this line
And everything is working as expected now
