How do I create an Irregular Repeat event?

How do I create an Irregular Repeat event? was created by LAC Webadmin
Hello!

Is there a way to create an irregular repeat? For example: the event is happening on:

Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 7-9pm
Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 9-11am

Is this possible? I don't see an option in the repeat section.
