sometimes credit card info does not display

I do not know why, but sometimes the credit card info at the bottom of registration does not display at all. If it does not then registration will continue and it will look like the user has registered, but not payment was made. Why is this happening? I am using authorize.net only and the other gateways are unpublished. Maybe I am setting something in backend??

Hi all

The client set the price to 0 and the system thinks that It is a free event, so credit card information is not displayed. The solution is set the price to 0.001 and the problem solved .
