How to Disable the Registration and Information in an Event was created by LAC Webadmin
Hello!
I'm new to Event Booking and just playing around with it and see if I can use it to replace our current event system JEvents/RSVPro. At a glance, Events Booking has features that JEvents/RSVPro doesn't have and so as Events Booking compared to it.
So, I created an Event and disabled the registration. When I view it in the front end, the registration buttons disappeared but I am still seeing "Individual Price: FREE". That should disappear as well, don't you think? That information is part of the registration, so when registration is disabled, why does it need to show that it is free?
IMO, FREE it's logical to show when registration is enable but the costs is 0.
Thanks,
Jackson

Hi Jackson
Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show price for free event config option to No, then check it again, it should solve your issue for now
I think your suggestion makes sense, however, I will have to think more about it to see whether we can integrate it into the extension
Regards,
Tuan

I would recommend that the user set the price text manually in the event screen in this case, and not have the price info disappear automatically. There are times when I know I want to disable online registration, but still SHOW the price info. For example, I use it this way when we need to advertise the event online but want the user to call-in to register because of special conditions / questions / etc that we need to discuss with them.
Of course, a toggle could be set up to change this behavior... (yet another toggle...
