Empty category was created by Francesco Mulassano
Hi, i have 2 categories
each category has 1 event inside.

when I create a menu item for the first category, it works
for the second category it does not work and there is no event ...

I tried to delete the event and the category and to recreate them ... but it does not change, always 'no event'

Maybe it is because you haven't translated the event inside the second category yet? Please check documentation eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advance...ual#translate-events , make sure the event is translated, then try again

If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page which we can see this issue

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Maybe I have found a bug.
in the email/messages, the [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] doesn't count the amount if "ticket types" are used.

If you want the system to count number registrants base on purchased tickets quantity, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set the config option Calculate Number Registrants Based on Tickets Quantity to Yes

If so, I don't know what's wrong. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Tell us a sample registration record has this wrong value of number of registrants

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted. Still believe that it is just something wrong with the setup only
