where the upgrade link ?

I have a link in my joomla dashboard, update to XXX

I click it and see nothing except your site?


Where is the upgrade and instruction?

OK thanks I had to manually upgrade as the link was not working.

so the comp is OK

The stripe plugin has an error on it

For Stripe payment plugin, you need to follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...l-new-payment-plugin and it should be installed properly

I while back i reported an error on this plugin (when payment failed user was sent to a white screen) is that what this upgraded one fixes ?

Honestly, I am unsure as I could not see any reasons why it could happen. So please monitor it, if it ever happens again, let us know what we need to do to see the error so that we can check it directly on your site

OK two things have gone weird after upgrading, the pay button does not click / work does nothing.

When user books and trys to pay they are asked to log in or set up account, when they login they are diverted away from the booking form and sent to the joomla login/out. Im sure they used to stay on the booking form.

Might be something special on your site (usually template override base on code of old version). Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to registration form so that we can check and correct it for you
