I just purchased Event Booking, and a great component... but....

I added a category, added an event to test. added my paypal email address in the config. when I register for an event, I confirm info, then "Process Registration" I get blank page. my site with no info in the content area, no re-direction to paypal.

Am I missing something here?

I also installed ccnewsletter so I can communicate with event registrants, installed the ccnewsletter plugin. Please confirm, My understanding is that when a person registers for an event, they'll automatically be added to the ccnewsletter subscriber list?

Hi

In the Configuration area of the extension, there is a config option called Fix Process Button not working. You can simply set it to Yes and It will work .

Regarding the newsletter, you understand the function of it correctly .

I looked all over the forums here and could not find a solution.

I am using the following:
Event Booking Component
    Authorize.net AIM
    SSL
    Youtheme warp 5 template
    Joomla 1.5.22
    Under the Event Booking Configure I have the Process button set to yes.

I am still getting a blank page after the Process Registration is clicked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw that you submitted a support ticket . However, when I tried to access to back-end of your site, the anti-hacker extension you are using block me from access to your site, so I cannot check the settings .

Could you please configure the extension so that It accepts my IP and I can check it ?
