Update error

I received notification of the 3.3.1 update and tried to run the update and got this:

Error
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=56 .

That link takes me to an error page (403)

If you want to update to latest version, please purchase a new license of Events Booking

Is that the $39.99 one? or is there a separate "license" purchase?
