How to edit/enter FB open graph metadata to the event?

Not sure how you want to edit/change it. However, I am afraid of you will need to customize code in this file components/com_eventbooking/view/event/tmpl/default_share.php to implement the change you want

Tuan, you can see how events look from an Open Graph point of view by visiting developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

Events booking really needs to tick all of the boxes for Open Graph and Google Adwords conversions natively. These tools are so important nowadays for remarketing and analysis of marketing campaigns.
