"Activate shopping Cart" has no effect

Hi,
I have 2 events.
When I "activate Shopping Cart" in the configuration, it seems to have no effect. I visit the registration page and the Payment Information at the bottom is the same as before - I select the payment method and click "Process Registration" and it still takes me directly to Paypal (if I select that method).
Am I supposed to see a "add to shopping cart" link somewhere? What am I missing?

Hi Glen

If you activate shopping cart, it will only have affect on events list and events detail page

From events list page, you can add multiple events to cart and process checkout for all of these events at once. It won't have any affect if you access to registration form directly
