Upcoming Events Module - by Category show Category Image

Is there a way to show the image of your category

For example I have it only showing events in category id 4 I want to see details about Id 4

I could add a custom module above the upcoming event module but that would take more changing when and if I moved them around.

Unfortunately, we don't support that option in the module. So if you want to have it works like that, you will need to customize the module layout yourself (or using custom module above it as you mentioned)
