Registrant table not dropping cancelled registrants

I've just set up Event Booking. I notice that when I register for an event my details are entered in to the eb_registrants table and I can see I now have an option to cancel my registration. When I cancel the event registration the details remain in the eb_registrants table but I am now able to register again. Clearly my user name and the fact I am registered exists elsewhere but I can't find it.

I have a form to list registrants using the data in the eb_registrants and user tables but because the data remains as described above and with no apparent flag to show it's no longer valid my list shows incorrect information. Can someone help?

To be honest, I don't know why you could not register again after cancelling your original registration. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell us what we need to do to see that problem

We will check to see why it happens and get it sorted

I can register again. That's the point I don't understand when my name is still in the registrant table. I would have expected a cancelled registrant to be removed from this table.

No, cancelled registrant still being stored in the same table (status is Cancelled). That registration, however, is not counted as a registrant in the system

So it is fine

I don’t see any difference between active and cancelled registrant data in the eb_registrant table. Where is the cancelled status stored?

It is stored in published field

0: Pending
1: Paid
2: Cancelled
