No Admin emails

I have some new bookings but not received any admin emails to notify of the booking. HAs anyone any suggestions? My membership has expired so need to ask here first

The main question is what's the status of these booking? Pending or Paid

If it is paid, then email should be sent unless there is something wrong with mail server. Please follow the instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/trouble...on-email-doesnt-work and do basic check. If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it for you
