Some Registrations Not Processing

Hi,

I'm getting a few messages in the past few days from people who have completed the registration form and entered their payment details. When they click to complete the transaction, they are not seeing the confirmation page, but are being brought back to my index page, I believe.

I have checked my payment gateway, and they are not being charged.

Some transactions are completing fine. Is there a way to see what is happening to these lost transactions?

To be honest, I have no clue about it. Could you please contact them and ask for more information:

1. What kind of registration they are using? I guess it is group registration?

2. How many number of members they were trying to register?

I am thinking that they might try to register for too many number of registrants, so there are too many input on registration form and it could not be submitted to server (the data I meant) for processing. That could be the reason causing that error
