As of right now, the system create a single PDF file contains all tickets for all group members. I guess you want to have separate PDF files for each ticket? If so, not possible yet but it makes sense and I can add support for it in the next version
For now, as I mentioned, if you want to send ticket to registrants, you can set Send Emails to Group members parameter to Yes (of course they will only receive ticket if registration was paid - for example, using PayPal during the registration process)
