Exporting Registrants from backend for specific event

To export registrants, I go to Registrants on the backend. Until I apply a filter, I see all registrants for all events, past and current. That is not a problem. If I want to see only registrants from a single event, and that event has not yet occurred, I can do so by clicking on the "Select Events" filter and choosing the upcoming event name. That works as I would expect it to do. I can then click "Export" and get an export containing only those registrants from the chosen event. However, only events that have not yet occurred show up under the "Select Events" filter drop down, so if I wish to obtain an export file containing registrants from a past event, I have been exporting all registrants, then using Excel to filter for the event I need.

I found that I can display only the registrants from a specific past event, by first going to Events, then clicking on the number registered column for the event I am wanting to look at. That shows me a list of registrants only for that past event. However, when I then click "Export" I get an exported file containing all registrants from all events, not a list containing only those registrants I am seeing on the screen for this past event.

Is there a way to export only all registrants for a past event ?

Go to Events Booking -> click on the button Hide past events from events dropdown, set it to No

By doing that, past events will be displayed in Select Events filter dropdown so that you can choose to export registrants

The method you described is exactly the method we use to display past events in the Events screen.

However, I'm not seeing that on the Registrants screen. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place.

I just found the button you are referring to under "Configuration" and set it to No.
