Event sold out was created by Wolfgang Fentler
hi,
i would like to have the possibility to set the max. number of registrants to 100, then set the number of registred users also to 100 (if i like to) and then disable the register button on the event list and set the price filed to "Sold Out"
is that possible, i cant find a solution in the konfiguration settings
regards wolfgang

Hi
1. As you know, you can set capacity for the event. Just edit event, set capacity to 100
2. It is not possible to set number of registered users manually. If you want to do that, you will need to create a fake registration record, set Number Registrants of that record to the fake number you want (100 in your example)
3. If you want to change the price to Sold out, then edit the event, set Price text to Sold out
Regards
Tuan
