Cannot add new event

When I add a new event from the front end, I get this - You do not have permission for this request /site/submit-course

When I try from the back end, I get this
You do not have permission for this request /site/administrator/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=event

I am using Joomla 3.6.5 and Event Booking 3.2.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From my experience, look like there is something (could be a security rule of the server) blocks the request and that's why it could not be submitted

For this, please contact your hosting provider, ask them to check and correct it for you. They should be able to check and get this issue sorted easily

I got this response from the hosting provider -

"We believe our software firewall potentially could be attributing to the error while submitting the form.
We went ahead and disabled the referenced firewall on the account."

The issue is now resolved.
