Not getting the notification mail

In some events I am not getting the notification mail, what's wrong?

I put in my email in > Configuration > Messages > then in the box where you write in your mail.

Still nog getting the mail.

The extension uses Joomla Send mail function to send email to registrants, so it should work. In case it doesn't work, it must be a wrong setting with your mail server in Configuration of Joomla. Please submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site so that I can check the setting for you .
