Is it possible to get direct link to manage registrant lists?

Try index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=registrants&filter_event_id=ID_OF_EVENT_YOU_WANT

For example index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=registrants&filter_event_id=1 will show list of registrants from event with ID = 1
