Will not install on Joomla prior to 3.5.0

I get this error, when trying to install. I'm using 3.8, so very confused.

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can install it for you? Other customers can still install the package without any problem, so it look like a strange issue
