Export Registrants error

We are running the latest 3.2.1 version and are having an issue when we try to export registrants. When the Export Registrants button is clicked I get an Error page saying "An error has occurred, 0 ZipArchive not found"
It doesn't matter if I select one, more or none from the list it does the same thing. Any ideas?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, there is a setting called Export Data Format, set it to CSV, then try again

If you want the system to export data into Excel file format (default behavior), you need to contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable this library for you php.net/manual/en/book.zip.php
