ICS file - when sent?

My client states that the ICS file is attached only to the email that registrants receive when offline payments are confirmed - that one registration confirmation email. She says that those who pay via paypal are not seeing that attached ICS file in their registration confirmed email..

We'd like all registrants to get an ICS file on their registration confirmation emails (or even awaiting payment email is OK).
I could only find one setting in configuration for this, Generate ICS file? which is set to yes. Are there settings elsewhere to look at?

The ICS file will be sent when people register for your event, no different for PayPal

So maybe it causes by something else

The main question here is when someone register for the event and paid via PayPal, did they receive email? If Yes, then ICS file should be sent. If it is NO, then might be something with PayPal account which receives payment (IPN is disabled)

OK, that is what I thought. So ... I will test this myself. Emails are going out OK, yes. If the ICS file is not attached to email after payment with PayPal, I will submit a support ticket for this.

Better submit it in the next few days (we are having new year holiday at the moment, so I have limited time to work on support)
