allowing multiple registrations to same event by one user

Hi, I need guidance on the right settings for this:
We have a conference that allows group registration. We allow up to four people in group registration and provide a discount when four are registered at one time. That is working great! Thanks for that option.

We expect some organizations (who have one membership, and therefore one user) to want to AGAIN register employees, either because they have more to register, or they have someone later decide they could go.

What I can't seem to do is allow the same user to register a second time. I have set in config "Prevent Duplicate Registraton = No" already. But, when in testing I attempt the second registration, I don't see an option to register again for that event (see screenshot). Have I missed a setting that would allow 'duplicate' or second registrations using the same user?

Yay! I found the setting. I see now in each plan you have the option again to prevent duplicate registration. For whatever reason, that was set to YES. Changing that to NO fixed this issue! Best, Vicky
