Change attachment path? was created by Jonathan
I'm using a document manager and it would be great to be able to change the path to the attachments so I can browse to all the site attachments. Is there a way to do this?

Actually I found it in he event/default_general.php tmpl file and made an override in my admin template html folder.

Edit: Spoke too soon. I think that just changed the upload folder not the browse folder. I'll keep looking.

Well crud, the browse path is in a helper file so I can't override it.

Consider this a feature request to be able to change the attachment path globally.

Or, even better, add a feature to connect Event Booking with eDocman so eDocman becomes the file manager for EB, letting us choose eDocman files as attachments and track the downloads.

In an attempt to get around this, I added an event field that is the text editor and forced it to display the XTD buttons. Most of them work, but sadly, the eDocman button never drops anything into the editor. I'm using JCE and again other buttons work, just not eDocman (it opens the selection window, but never drops code). It DOES work with TinyMCE, but then I'd have to change editors for the entire site. :(
