Event Details: Label text change

I have used the language overrides to change the label text for the Event Details page, but can not find the constant or value for the labels under the 'Event Manager: Edit Event' option 'Extra information' tab. I am wanting to change the following labels:
- Speaker (Change to: Speaker/s)
- Number Hours (Change to: Included)

Any help with making these changes would be much appreciated!

Hello Bredan

1. To change text, actually you don't need override. You can go to Events Booking -> Translation to find the languate item and change it if needed

2. For two items you mentioned, look at components/com_eventbooking/fields.xml and change it to meet your need (note that it won't be lost when you update)
