Hi there
We only support offline payments and when an invoice is raised and sent, the status of the event stays at Pending until the bill is paid. at which time we set the status to Paid.
Rather than have to regularly check if Status is still Pending, can you tell me if its possible to send a reminder to an email address associated with the event if the status has not changed from Pending to Paid after 60 days and again after 90 days.
Is this possible?
