QR Code not getting display in Email was created by anamika loyal
The QR code is not getting displayed in the Email. While it is getting displayed properly when the user sucessfully registered for the event. Atached the Screen shot.

Please guide for the solution

Hello

Could you please update your site to latest version of Events Booking and try again? It was a bug in 3.2.0 but I fixed it in 3.2.1

After update it work, I am receiving the QR code in Email. But at the time of checkin i got error message 403- you do not have permission to checkin registrant.
I was login as super user in Mobile and using the QR code reader as per the documentation.

Someone mentioned that using Private mode your mobile browser could cause this issue. I am not really familiar with it but could you try to find out how to not using private mode and try again?

But yesterday with Event Manger version 3.2.0 i was able to checin with same mobile. i have not changed any settings in my Mobile. With Event Manger version 3.2.0, I was not able to send the QR code in Email.
After update now email is send, but not able to checkin.

Hi Tuan

I am also able to checkin with Laptop with QR code scan, But with mobile i am getting error message. As mentioned in below discussion.

The website display message you have checkin with laptop. But I am not able to get the list of users who have checkin for a particular event with time. Also kindly let me know the checkin time is stored in any table.

Hi

One customer had the same issue and below is his reply:

My apologies, I have just notice my mobile web browser was using a 'private' window, which would have cause the permissions issue. I have re-tested it using a standard web browser window and it is working.

While in Safari, click the pages button and you will notice the private button on the bottom left. This will open a private web browser

Also, please make sure:

1. You are logged in using an account which is having registrants management permission (super admin account of course is OK)

2. What's the URL you received when scanning QR CODE? If the URL contains www, then please make sure you login using an URL which contains www in the URL

If URL doesn't contain www, then you will also need to login from your mobile using an URL without www

At the moment, we don't store checkin time in the table. However, I think this could be useful, so we will add support for it in next release

Thanks a lot for support.

The second point solve the issue: If the URL contains www, then please make sure you login using an URL which contains www in the URL

It will be great if you store check-in time. I need the time for report generations.
