MailChimp plugin - multiple accounts and confirmed attendance

We have the MailChimp plugin working but, we have the following 2 questions:

1. Is there anyway of linking to more than 1 MailChimp account?

We run a website with a series of shows - each of which have their own MailChimp account (5 in total). As it stands, we are only able to link the plugin up to 1 of these accounts. We'd like the ability to have event specific accounts not just event specific lists.

2 . Is it possible for the email to be sent to MailChimp NOT when they register but when we confirm their attendance?

We screen all those who request to register and only those that meet certain criteria are allowed to attend and we want only those people to added to the MailChimp list.

Unfortunately, both of the features you are asking for is not supported. So if you need it, unfortunately, you will have to customize the code
