Group Data Not Exporting

Hello!

I have made this change in the configurations area:

Events Booking -> Configuration, set the config option Include Group Members Records in Registrants Management to Yes

But the group data is still not exporting.

With this event, providing the group information is optional. Is that why - even though the data was captured when entered - it won't export?

I've also cleared all the cache from the site in case that was an issue, but still no luck.

We will have to check it directly on your site to see why it doesn't work. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what event is having this issue so that we can check it

Sorry! I figured it out. It isn't that it doesn't export. It is that it exports at additional rows, not as additional columns for the purchaser. All set

Yes, correct. Just want to add that you can config the extension to:

1. Only export group members record

2. Only export group billing record

3. Or both

So just configure it to export the data you want
