Registrants list - layout problems

We use the template Purity III version 1.2.1 (bootstrap 3), Joomla 3.8.3 and Event booking 3.1.5.
We had to use the following General settings:

- Load bootstrap CSS in the front-end: Yes
- Twitter bootstrap version: version 2

and change the template for menu Manage registrants to Protostar or beez3 to get all layouts OK.
With the template Purity III the Registrants List is not OK, see the image.

If we change the configuration to:

- Load bootstrap CSS in the front-end: No
- Twitter bootstrap version: version 3

The layout for Submit Location and Event will bee messed up.

All other combination of bootstrap CSS and bootstrap version are not OK.
How to solve our problem?

You should set Load bootstrap CSS in the front-end to No. and Twitter bootstrap version: version 3

Then if there are issues with any pages, please submit a support ticket so that I can ask my template developer to check it
