Manage Registration description

HI is there anyway that I can add a description to the Manage Registration?
I would like to be able to add text to describe some functions about the manage registration for the group leader.
ie: about adding or removing registrations to the group booking and about payments etc...

I also need to prevent the group leaders from changing the registration and payment status but be able to remove or update any of their registrants.

Can this be done?

1. I can work on it and make it possible to add the message some time next week. I will update you when it is implemented

2. Group leader should not be able to change payment status unless these leaders belong to a group which has registrants management permission. Is group leader is registered user? Or what user group he belong to?

3. We don't allow remove group members. However, update members information is possible. He just need to edit the registration record and change the information if needed
