[Solved] Unable to download invoice from backend

Hi!

I'm using Joomla 3.8.3 and Event Booking 2.14.4

Since 2 days, i'n not able anymore to download invoice from backend of the website.
  • For firefox, the message is : [...]fk7tQ61f.pdf.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
    Try again later, or contact the server administrator.
  • For Chrome : Fail - Network error

However, from frontend invoice are correclty send by email, and i can found the invoice in the ftp directory.

Do you have any explanation or advice please?

For information, i changed ftp access to the file to 777, the result is the same.

I also delete the invoice from the ftp, it is correctly re-generated in the ftp, but i can not download it from website backend.

i can download certificate.

Honestly, I have no clue. Maybe there is something special on the server causing download doesn't work for some reasons

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site (and FTP account if possible) so that we can try to check and solve the issue

Hi Tuan, Thank you for your answer.

After investigations, i found that this is due to one line of my htaccess : SetOutputFilter DEFLATE

if i erase this line, all is ok. Strange, as i use this htacess for other website...
