Cannot unpublish registrants? was created by stikkimorey
Hi
I don't want admins to delete registrants from the front end, because this removes all trace of the booking. Is it possible to 'unpublish' them?
When I select a registrant and click on unpublish, I get the message, '1 item successfully unpublished'. But when I export registrants for the event, the registrant is still there with the status paid. I have tried with the event set to allow cancellations, and also not.
I have tried this as a super admin, but still the same result.
I can delete them, but I would rather not lose all trace of the booking.
Thanks
Mikki

Hi Mikki
For a registration which uses online payment method such as PayPal, you cannot unpublish it (unpublish mean change the record to not paid - which is incorrect in this case if you see the logic)
So maybe instead of unpublish, you can change the registration status to Cancelled and it will be fine

Tuan
