Cant register a group booking? RE CAPTCHA ISSUE?

Sorry this has probably already been answered and or it may be a recaptcha issue

Ive done a few tests and It seems that on my website I cant register as a group the re catptcha rotates (keeps spinning) and doesnt approve? Then it wont let you proceed to the group booking. How do I fix this problem, please?

Hello Sam

As I can see, you are using a very old version of Events Booking (purchased from 2015), so captcha on group registration won't work. The reason is because there was some changes in Joomla core API related to captcha, so we have to update code to have it works with new Joomla API

In this case, please purchase a new license of Events Booking, upgrade it to your site. After that, it will all work as expected
