move Events Booking data to a new site

Hi,
I'm trying to migrate the event booking database tables to a new site and i followed the following steps
1. Extracted the tables from my primary website database.

2. Confirmed that both the prefixes match old and new website.

3. Imported the tables via SSH into the database of the new website. I couldnt do it through phpMyAdmin because my provider said the fields exceed the allowed size to import them in the new site database.

However, I cant see anywhere the events on the new site even though the content is present on both databases. Any idea why this might be happening?

Hi

After importing data to new site database, you should install latest version of Events Booking to the new site so that Events Booking can update database schema of that imported database to latest version if needed (in case two sites running on different version of Events Booking)

If the issue still there after that, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help checking to see why data is not being displayed and get it sorted for you
