QRCODE available in reminder message? was created by Brian Lisle
Hi Tuan!
Is the QRCODE tag available in the reminder message? If not, can it be added? Also, is there a way to re-generate tickets / invoices? Also, could you add to the feature list an option to re-send a copy of the ticket with the reminder message?
Thanks!

Hi Brian
Yes, you can use [QRCODE] tag in reminder email. For sending ticket in reminder email, I am afraid of it will take much time to generate tickets for multiple users and it could cause time out error for reminder process (remember the system sends multiple emails at a time for reminder process). So for that reason, I won't add it support for it for now
Regards,
Tuan
