Can i avoid to send "Registration Approved" E-Mail was created by Chris
Hi
Everytime when i "publish" a registrant in an event, the registrant gets a an empty e-mail.
"Empty" because i don't need this function and there is no content in the E-Mail Message.
Is there a way to disable this "feature". And: What kind of e-Mail ist this? I can't find anything in the E-Mail Log tool.
Thank You
Christoph

Hi Christoph
Yes, you can. Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Registration Email messages tab, empty the value of Registration Approved Email Subject and it will be OK

Tuan

Just want to add, if you want to disable any email in Events Booking, just go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find subject of the email and remove it
